The Squat Wedge Block is an oblique block that is a good tool for stretching the hamstring and calf muscles, as well as an excellent tool for placing your heels during squats.
The block consists of three parts with angles of 8.5°, 8.5° and 17°. Thanks to the convex and concave surfaces, each part adapts to the other, securely fixing the block and creating combinations with different degrees of inclination.
