Application and Usage:
- Remove the plastic film and insert the heel spur pad into your shoe, making sure it provides effective relief when walking and standing.
- Take off the orange dot on the heel you have the heel spur on and keep it on for the foot that does not have the same problem.
- The pad has a light adhesive surface that prevents it from moving around in your shoe.
Always use Powergel Heel Spur Pads in pairs to relieve both the right and left sides simultaneously.
