The York Fitness Black Edition Dumbbell Weight Bench is ideal for a versatile strength workout in your own home. There are 6 easily interchanged training positions: four incline, one flat and one decline. With a thick padded backrest and seat, you can train in comfort. The backrest position is quick and easy to adjust, without having to add or remove any pins.

For convenience, there is space for three pairs of hand weights or dumbbells (not included) to be stored under the bench, helping to keep your training area safe and tidy.
